用实力证⊙明实力|天行学子■首次参加2020加拿大化学竞▽赛斩获佳绩

　　近日，国际学术竞赛的赛场又传来捷报。继上月12名天行学子在2020英国物理挑战赛（GCSE年级）斩获2金2银8铜◎的优异成绩后，天行学子在加拿大化学竞赛中再创佳绩。这也是我校在该〗项竞赛中首次获奖。我校学生在激烈的全球竞赛中脱颖而出，共有5名学生获得奖项。其中高一（7）朱云轩Sean同学获得全国≡银奖；高一（7）李仁杰Leo、高二（1）班张鹤同Neo同学获得全国铜奖；高一（7）班王为知Miracle、高二（3）班王启铭Kiki同学获得赛区优秀奖。

　　Recently, we have good news came from the international academic competition. With 12 Teensen students got two gold, two silver and eight bronze medals in the 2020 British Physics Challenge （GCSE GRADE）last month, Teensen achieved further success in the Canadian chemistry competition. This is also our school’s first award in this competition. Teensen students stood out in the fierce global competition, and a total of five students winning awards. Among them, Yunxuan Zhu (Sean) from Class7 Senior 1, won the National Silver Award; Renjie Li (Leo) from Class7 Senior 1 and Hetong Zhang (Neo) from Class 1 Senior 2, they both won the National Bronze Award; Weizhi Wang (Miracle) from Class Senior 1 and Qiming Wang (KiKi) from Class 3 Senior 2, they both won the Excellence Award in this competition.

　　天＠行一中自成立以来就关注学生的长远发展，注重学生在学术水平上的提升，以便更好适应¤未来大学生活。老师鼓励并耐心指导学生参加各类含金量高的国际竞赛。一直以来，天◆行竞赛氛围浓厚，亮眼成绩频出，离不开专业老师♀的指导。天行培养出了一批具有丰厚竞赛经验的指导老师，老师们在平日的教学过程中就注重启发学生的学习ξ　兴趣，鼓励学生自主♂学习，主动探索。老师们借助网络的力量积※极搜寻相关教学资源与实验资源，并通过生活实验设计，引导学生动手操作，更深刻了解各项原理，达到融会贯通◥的目的。除了日常帮助学生打好基础、激发潜能，在赛前，老师们还带着学生进行专项训练，冲击重难点。

　　Since its establishment, Teensen No.1High School has focused on the long term development of students and the improvement of their academic level in order to help them to be better and faster to adapt to future college life. Teachers in Teensen encourage and patiently guide students to participate in various high level international competitions. All the time, Teensen competition atmosphere is very strong, and we always got brilliant results. Without the professional guidance from Teensen teachers, nothing could happen. Teensen has trained a group of instructors with rich competition experience. During daily teaching process, our teachers try to inspire students’ interest in learning, encourage students to study independently, and actively explore things. By using the Internet to search for relevant teaching and experimental resources, Teensen teachers design life experiments and guide students to operate them. This could help students to deeply understand the principles and bring together all the individual parts of the course. In addition to help students to lay a solid foundation and stimulate their potential, Teensen teachers also take students to carry out special training before the competition to hit the points.

　　此次竞赛的内容覆盖整个A-level课程，很多内容是高一同学还没有学到的，甚至高二也还卐没学的A2内容。再加上疫情原因，只能进≡行线上培训，这无疑给竞赛增加了难度。正如此次竞赛的指导老师魏颖Sharon所说：“这次培训正好碰上了疫情，但是同学们依↘然积极参与培训并完成练习。加上竞赛的难度本来就超出了课本难度∑　的范畴，同学们遇到难题，不但没有退缩，反而还迎难◤而上。”另一位指导老师王忞Shirley也提到：“网》课期间同学们不仅要完成常规课业任务、雅思英语学习，还要在周末参加竞赛培训，自觉完成历年真题的刷题任务，非常的辛苦。

　　The content of this competition covers the entire A-level course. A log of content is A2 Level that Senior 1 students have not learned yet , even Senior 2 students. In addition, because of the epidemic, only online training was available, which undoubtedly increase the difficulty of the competition. As Ying Wei (Sharon), the instructor of the competition said: “This training happened to be in an epidemic situation, but our students still actively participated in the program and finally completed the exercises. Besides, the difficulty of the competition is far beyond the scope of the textbook, when these students met these problems, they didn’t give up, but grasped the nettle. “Another instructor, Wen Wang (Shirley) also mentioned: “During the online class, our students do not only have to complete routine tasks, IELTS English study, but also to participate on the weekend contest training, consciously complete the task of answering the original questions. This is really a tough mission.

　　李仁杰Leo同学在此次竞赛中荣获全国铜〖奖，十四人参赛十二人获奖|天行学子在2020英国物理挑战赛中斩获佳绩同时他也是“2020英国物理挑战赛（GCSE年级）”全国铜奖的得主〖。在此，他想和大家分享下自己╱的竞赛心得。“现在回起来我觉得竞赛知识其实并没有太难，刚开始学的时候一定要理解透知识点，其次就是多做题，帮助你掌握消化。再次，一定要定期复习╲竞赛知识，等到考试前一周再复习为时已【晚，等到那时你基本不能复习到所有知识点并♂精通。”

　　Renjie Li (Leo) won the National Bronze Award in this competition, and he is also the winner of the British Physics Challenge 2020 (GCSE Grade). Here, he wants to share his competition experience with us: “When I look back, I don’t think the competition is difficult. At the beginning of preparing the test, you should understand all the points of knowledge deeply, and the second thing is to do more exercises to help you handle them. Third, be sure to review the competition knowledge regularly. And it would be too late to review the points until just one week before the exam. At that moment, you do not have enough time.

　　此次竞赛中国赛区共有来自300多所全国重○点中学、国际学校的近1600名同学参赛。天行学子与深国交、领科等名校的学子↓华山论剑，同台竞技仍斩获颇丰。短短『一个月内，天行学子已经连续两次在世界☉级竞赛中获奖，这不仅体现出学生的潜力和知▼识储备，同时也证明天行教师对世界权威竞赛的培训能力以及培养学生申请世界顶尖◆大学的竞争力，再次印证了天行一中教学水平与师资实力。

　　Nearly 1,600 students from more than 300 National key high schools and international schools participated in the competition in China. Teensen students competed with students from famous schools such as Shen Guo Jiao and Lingke, and we still got brilliant scores. Within a month, Teensen students have won two consecutive awards in world-class competitions. This not only reflects the potential and knowledge reserve of students, but also proves Teensen teachers’ training ability. Once again, it confirmed the teaching level and strong faculty in Teensen.

　　加拿大化学竞赛

　　加拿大化学竞赛（Canadian Chemistry Contest，简称CCC）由加拿大化学学※会(Chemical Institute of Canada , 简称CIC)主办，是加拿※大学术性权威的化学竞赛之一。同时，CCC 也是加拿大化学奥林匹克竞赛（Canadian Chemistry Olympiad，简称CCO）的全国选拔预选赛，成绩优秀◥者可以获邀进入加拿大化学奥赛全国决赛，从而入选加拿大化学奥赛国家〓队参加ICHO（国际化学奥林匹克竞赛）。

　　The Canadian Chemistry Contest (CCC) is hosted by the Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC) and is one of the academic and authoritative chemistry contests in Canada. At the same time, CCC is also the national selection qualifier for the Canadian Chemistry Olympiad (CCO). Outstanding performers can be invited to enter the National Finals of the Canadian Chemistry Olympiad, so as to be selected to the Canadian Chemistry Olympiad national team to participate in ICHO (International Chemistry Olympiad).
