Yamaoto大容量喷雾干燥箱 DL410

可生成一般实验装置很难实现的40～100μm细粒的喷雾干燥装置。

● 操作和显示均采用触摸屏，对话框方式，操作简单。可利用触摸屏进行日语、英语、中文的切换。鼓风机、送液泵、喷嘴吹风、探针敲击、头部上升下降的动作都能通过触摸屏进行操作。

●入口温度以及出口温度的测定温度将显示在数码温度调节器上。

●采用高效率喷雾方式（二流体喷嘴方式）和大型干燥腔，相比以前产品，样品的附着量减少，回收率更高。

●干燥腔、旋风部、收集容器采用的超硬玻◆璃制品，能够很好的掌握喷嘴的喷雾状态和粒体〇的动作。

●喷嘴上，采用了利用定时器在设定时间对筛眼进行清扫的自动结构。

●将干燥腔大容量化，设计上能够确保生成微细粒的必要干燥时间。因此，能够生成与◥陶瓷等的成型用粉体、医药品食品等各行业的生产装置所生产的制品近似的40～100μm微细粒。

●鼓风机●采用寿命长的DC无刷马达。

● 标配有除静电刷，使得收集容器内的生成物回收效率良好。

在喷雾干燥器使用有机溶剂时，为了不向外部排出，配套使用有机溶剂回收装＠置，形成高安全性的氮气密闭循环方式。

操作性：

控制面：

热风温度、风量、样品送液量、喷嘴清洁用定时输出等控制点被简洁的整合在小型控制面上。样品干燥的温度条件被记录，风量计、喷雾压力计等实验条件容易把握。

和干燥室连接的热风吹出部分能上下移动，实验完成后内部清洗十↑分容易。

1.　喷雾造粒
通过造粒、球化处理，粉体的流动性显著提高，向压力成形容器里的充填非常均匀。这种目的也适合于铝、氧化锆、各种→陶瓷器、重金属、超硬质合金等用途上。
