德国德乐 NBB-粉（NBB-P）
一、应用
用于生产NBB-B和NBB-A
NBB-粉（NBB-P）系一种便于操作的粉，溶于『啤酒中，依据产品需求配制成不同的NBB-培养基。
欲获得NBB-B，将粉末溶于啤酒及去〗离子水；至于NBB-A，仅在液体培养基加入琼脂。
二、操作
所需材料
微生物工作台
磁搅拌器（带磁性搅拌棒）
锥形烧瓶
清瓶带有适当的螺旋盖，适应温度120°C/250°F或以上
蒸馏水或去离子水
啤酒
pH计（带温度补偿器）
乳酸（90%）或氢◥氧化钠，用于pH调整
高压灭菌器
琼脂
实施
生产1000毫升NBB-B，将60克NBB-P混合于500毫升除气啤酒和500毫升↑去离子水，使用带磁性搅拌棒的磁搅拌器直到粉末完全溶解，使用乳酸或氢氧化钠，将pH值调整到5.7~5.9。
至于NBB-B，将溶液放入试验瓶中，在120°C/250°F温度下杀∑菌一秒种。
至于NBB-A，将12~15克琼脂◆溶于1000毫升液体培养基中，灌入试验瓶中，在120°C/250°F温度下杀菌一秒种。
