Remove medium, add fresh 0.1% trypsin for about 10 minutes, dislodge cells and centrifuge to remove from trypsin. Add fresh medium to cell pellet, resuspend cells in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks. Subculture every 3 to 5 days. Subcultivation ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:5 is recommended
