瑞士BUCHI实验室仪器公司生产的实验▃室用小→型喷雾干燥机B-290型在国内已有较多的用户购买并一直使用很好。主要用于食品、制药、生物农药、乳制品、各种有机物提取液的※干燥，应用相当广泛，与国内外其它品牌的喷雾干燥机相比较其优点为：
适用于对热敏感性物的干︾燥如生物制品、生物农药、酶制剂等，因所喷出的物料只是在喷成雾状大小颗粒时才受到高温，故只是瞬间受热，能保持这些活性材∏料在干燥后仍维持其活性成份不受破▼坏。
进料量可通过进料泵调节，最小样品量可达50ml.
整个喷雾干燥过▽程都是在玻璃器皿中进行，操作人员可ㄨ清楚看到，如有问题可及时∩调整。
玻璃器皿内壁都经抗静电处理，故在〗一般干燥情况下干粉不会粘到内壁上。
对于某♀些药品的喷雾干燥，为达◣无菌的目的，可□ 在使用前用高温热空气消毒，空气进口设置过☆滤器，以保持空气的∞洁净。
干燥ぷ后的成品干粉，其颗粒度较均匀、一致90%以上的干粉在同一颗粒度范围。
本机设有喷咀清◎洁器（通针），在喷咀被堵塞【时，会自动清除。

Easy Handling of Glass assembly
The glassware has to be cleaned after every trial, so an easy assembly and dissassembly is of crucial importance. With the one lever attachment of the spray cylinder, it is particularly easy to install the glass.
The inner wall of the cyclone is coated with an electrically conductive layer to prevent any electrostatic charge of the product.
Integrated nozzle cleaning device
The nozzle has an integrated piston with cleaning needle to be pushed through the nozzle in case of clogging. The frequency can be selected between 2 and 30 seconds. Furthermore, a manual push-button enables the cleaning at any time.
Nozzle cooling
The nozzle can be cooled with regular tap water. The water is supplied to the tip of the nozzle and flows in counter-current to the product. So the coldest water contact the product at the latest possible point of the nozzle.
Spraying of heat sensitive product is possible.
