一、产品描述：
KAPA 1-Step qRT-PCR是一款♂灵敏、方便的定量试剂盒。试剂盒包含KAPA SYBR® FAST Master Mix（2×）、KAPA RT Mix（50×）和dUTP。其中KAPA RT Mix（50×）包括★野生型MMuLV转录酶、RNAse 抑制剂。KAPA 公司已将其优化成快速一步法、一个PCR管内完成所有反应的试剂盒，科研工作者可直接用于荧光定量PCR的检测，只需加入引物探针和cDNA即可，一〓步完成反转录和PCR两个过程，不必再取出cDNA，然后再配PCR体系，方便简单快速，适用各种荧光定∑量PCR仪，如罗氏lightcycler、ABI Prism、伯乐icycler等。

1．设定反应体系

2．加样
将配置好的试剂加入PCR板中。反应体系可以从20µl调整到10µl。
3．qPCR反应.
上面2副图片显示，用KAPA SYBR® FAST 1-step qRT-PCR试剂盒与其他公司茶品对比检测10倍稀释人RNA(100ng-100pg/reaction)的反应曲线。通过KAPA SYBR® FAST 1 step qRT-PCR试剂盒 (红色曲线) 与 Competitor1(图 A) 及 Competitor 2 (图B)的对比，可以看出KAPA产品具较强的信号及较早的Ct值。
KAPA Biosystems是美国著名的生↘物技术公司，通过直接分子进化平台研制打造出的第二代高性能Taq酶。KAPA第二代Taq酶有以下优点：（1）对Taq酶抑制剂Ψ 不敏感，可用于非常规PCR扩增；（2）扩增速度、灵敏性、高保真性均由于市面上其他的同类产品，且非▃常好的适用于高通量快速PCR；（3）扩增速度最快可达到 1sec/kb，与其他野生型或热启动Taq酶相比，可以节省20-70%的反应时间；（4）与市∞面上所有的PCR仪兼容。
