RS2000高分辨率拉曼光谱仪
RS2000是唯一的拉曼光谱仪，可在无移动部件或吞吐量限←制狭缝的系统中提供高分辨率和全光谱范围功能。独特的系统是一个梯形光谱仪，提供二维光散射，以充分利用CCD检测器区域。结果比200-300厘米-1（拉曼位移）*优于1厘米-1的光▂谱分辨率。没有其他系统可以提供这种范围和分辨率，而不需要切换光栅位置。基于透镜的光学器件与光纤输入相匹配，在焦平面处提供1：1成像，并且不需要入口狭缝。
结合RamanProbeTM进』行远程采样，RS2000是理想的拉曼光谱仪，适用于需要便携性和不敏感性的困难环境。 RS2000还适用于需要高分辨率和完整光谱范围覆盖的应用。
RS2000有两种标准配置，有785 nm或532 nm激发激光。该系统包括在标准PC数据站上操作的InPhotonics的数据采集包和GRAMS AI操作软件（来自Thermo Electron Instruments，Inc。）。
