The StirMantle adds electromagnetic stirringcapability (50-750 rpm) to the Series TMheating mantle for spherical flasks. Heatingand stirring are independent; choose either orboth. Speed is easily adjusted by a singledial on the StirControl II.The StirControl II creates and synchronizes
the magnetic field. When restarting (as forremoval and reinsertion of the flask),Glas-Col’s exclusive “Synchrostart” featuremaintains linkage between the field and thebar. The StirControl II connects to theStirMantle by cord, so it may be placedoutside corrosive hood atmospheres and iseasily accessible.
