background : Factor VIIa (FVIIa) is a key serine protease involved in the initiation of the coagulation cascade. FVIIa requires tissue factor (TF), a membrane bound protein, as an essential cofactor for maximal activity towards its biological substrates Factor X, Factor IX and Factor VII (FVII).
immunogen : recombinant human Factor VIIa (NovoSeven ®, Novo Nordisk A/S Denmark)
antibody format : rabbit; polyclonal; affinity purified total IgG in PBS pH 7.4; lyophilized
quantity : 250 µg - for reconstitution add 250 µl of sterile water
