ALPHA测量机具有龙门结构，对于行程Y=3300 mm时有四根立柱，而Y=5000 mm时有六根立柱。龙门式结构便于工件安装，检测和观察。龙门式结构实现运动部件最小惯性，同时保持结构的最大刚性。
