FD-1-50系列冷冻干燥机，在低温和真空条件下，将冷冻样品中的水份等溶剂通过升华的方式移出样品，最终使样品呈干燥状态。在整个冻干过程中，样品空间结构没有改变，极易重新溶解，从面保证了样品的活性，因而对于一些不耐热的物质，诸如酶、激素、核酸、血液和免疫制品等的干燥非常适宜。
