                　　摘要：本发明公开一种碳?Fe3O4纳米细胞固定材料，即由Fe3O4和Ｃ的复合而成的粒径为50?120nm的纳米材料，按摩尔比计算即Fe3O4中的Fe：Ｃ为1：0.18?0.25。其制备方法即将对苯ω二甲酸、铁盐和二甲基甲酰胺混合后〗搅拌均匀进行油浴反应，反应后所得到的沉淀依次用二甲基甲酰胺、二氯甲烷洗涤3次后，放入二氯甲烷中老化，老化后的前驱体真空干】燥、研磨、N2保护下煅烧，最终得到一种碳?Fe3O4纳米细胞固定材料。本发明的╳碳?Fe3O4纳米细胞固定材料在生物医药的发酵生产领域中将具√有广阔的应用前景，所固定的细胞♀的活性高。细胞固定工艺,简化★了分离过程，从而降低了对固定化细胞强度的要求。
